Response to Complaints
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notification, we will take appropriate action which may include the removal or disabling of access to the allegedly infringing content. We may also notify the user who posted the material that a complaint has been received and provide them with a chance to respond.
Counter Notification
If you believe that the material removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. To be effective, your counter-notification must include the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original claim and inform them that we may restore the removed content within 10 business days unless they notify us that they have filed a court action.
Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
